UPDATE: It appears that the fire was limited to Peer1 Suite 802. Rumour also has it that the fire was limited to the UPS and that no damage was caused to any equipment by fire. Power was cut to suite 709 as a precaution but is now back on. Power is still out in 802 but I am told that the electricians are onsite and in the process of bypassing the UPS that caught fire.
