The temporary Premier fencing is great for grazing sheep and rotating pasture but not for "holding" the sheep while training a new dog. Lots of people start herding dogs in a round pen or arena but the sides need to be sturdy (not inflexible) but not electrified. Even very dog broke / knee knocke
