I'm nearing completion of the proof of concept implimentation of the Smart Placement Algorithm suggested by Wilbert Berendsen. Currently, I'm ironing out some kinks in my array management routines and thinking of moving the arrays to Double Linked lists, unless someone sees a problem with this. I hope to have something ready for anyone interested by tomorrow evening.
