I applied a patch from 0.62.1 to cvs that was supposed to fix a problem with
the bands being slightly off. Either I botched applying it or the patch was
botched. I have reverted it for now and will review the code further.
No lines get drawn in 62.1 with that patch applied.

nope, I run the cvs version exclusively.
Is this in opaque mode?
Same thing here--lines in non-opaque and some
other general weirdness in the window edges in
opaque.
