Well the option does do something just not enough. It tries to keep bbpager
on top but it doesn't work most of the time. It is hard to keep an
application on top from the app itself, the window manager should do it.
Part of the code to do this is already in Blackbox, it just doesn't work yet.

I noticed this problem... but it wasn't too big of an issue.. I was going to
get around to emailing eventually...
any help would be greatly appreciated... i'd much prefer it to be on top!

wich I thought would do the work.
