--with-external-libmad: If you have installed libmad-0.15.1b use this
option to make Xine-lib link its xineplug_decode_mad.so plugin to
Libmad.
Gave this flag to xine-lib, and it's warning me the command does not
exist. There is a --enable-mad option though.

It has been a while since I done an update to the book.
I think I just did a commit to the book in relation to JSON-C, but
something does not look right. It seems that the local version I have
has missing entries in the changelog for February. Apologies if I did
something wrong.

BLFS traceroute current version is 2.0.18and it is installed in
/usr/binwith normal privileges.
But an older version of tracerouteis built in LFS (Inteutils-1.9.1) and
installed in /bin suid.
As a result the newly installed program is not in use (depending on the
current path).

I've added ENTITYs for tagging packages for LFS-7.3. If editors would
check packages against LFS-7.3-rc1, I think the tags could be used now.
It's very unlikely that there will be any significant changes to -rc1
in the stable release.
