I ran into a problem when building VLC with FLAC enabled. Upon
investigation, I found the FLAC headers in /usr/include/{FLAC,FLAC++},
but /usr/lib/pkgconfig/flac.pc has:
prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include
