I mean, the the command make instal-devel does install something, but I do not know what it is good for. Like I said before for the version 1.2.11 this was needed by patch-o-matic. For 1.3.1 installing pom is not needed anymore, all the extensions are included. But maybe there is - I do not know - other software needs this command to be executed. Is there?
