GNOME Reorganization

Hi all, I'd like to reorganize the GNOME section. Currently we have "Core" and "Additional" sections. I'd like to break it down further into: Development Platform Packages Core Desktop Packages Additional Packages The existing Additional packages doesn't need to change. For the new "Development
