Well as I posted earlier I decided to try and compile the entire
SeaMonkey suite from a common source tree. This required updating about
a half dozen packages for me. As it turned out it was well worth the
effort. The only change I made to what was in the svn-20060809 book
which was
Interface eth0 doesn't exist.
I am at work ATM, but this line is the exact line which I got while
trying to configure my DHCP interface.
I have notes at home, but from memory, this was a problem with my
kernel, as in I didn't compile in the right drivers for my network
card.
