N/A - I've got standard xorg.conf files for each of my desktops.
I never got on with twm, so I build fluxbox as minitial wm.

The autorepeat option is nowadays ignored, so the advice to set it in
svn/x/x-setup.html should be removed or edited to tell to use xset.
Another option still available is the server's -ar* options.
