hurray solved my problem I was trying to run my machine on vmware but driver for vmware in Xorg 7.5 package hangs the system... so i just remove the driver from my lfs and copied from my host machine.. so now i can grey background with x pointer tarun On Sat, Sep 18, 2010 at 11:42 AM
