Re: LFS6.5, 6.7, 6.8
In Lars Bamberger post about epiphany, ssl and nss, I noticed a "paco" command.
I installed and now very much appreciate it.
But how to remove an entry from it?
I explain.
During my attempts upgrading iptables, I finished with:

Re: LFS 6.5, 6.7, 6.8
Hi,
Upgrade to iptables-1.4.11 generated a problem of missing some libraries, so
iptables could not run.
However, trying iptables-1.4.11.1, adding "--enable-libipq" to BLFS configure
options, it works fine (so should my previous 1.4.11 attempt).

Hi,
(LFS-6.8 in VMWare Player guest)
I have built nss-3.12.10, but "make" did not work with "-j4" option, I had to
explicitly use "-j1" (in my system, MAKEFLAGS='-j 4'). Commands almost
identical to BLFS (please, see attached script).

Hi,
I like to build Xulrunner for use with Firefox and Icecat. Even if latter is
delayed from corresponding version of Firefox, it takes 2X to build F and I,
while it takes only about 1.05X to build X, F and I..
It worked fine until Xulrunner-1.9.2.16 with Firefox-3.6.16 and Icecat-3.6.16,

Hi,
Sorry for this long mail.
I have just finished building libreoffice-3.3.2.2.
Just to clarify, I use fluxbox, so some dependencies had to be built.
Almost everything is fine, but I do not know where or how to install
dictionaries and hyphenation packs. I have copied some .dic and .aff to
.

Hi,
It has been a pleasure to build LFS 6.5, 6.7, and now 6.8 in several virtual
and real machines.
Each time, a very good improvement is noticed. The same can be said about the
excellent BLFS versions, so thank you very much for your work.
The following is for the "Vmware LFS 6.8/BLFS 2011-03
ttatceh pathc, tested against gcc 4.5.1, but to be tested again in the
future OpenOffice and gcc (< 5) releases, solved the problem.
