LFS and BLFS system ( KDE-4.7.4) were built on a desktop. The system is working there without problems. The system is: LFS-7 BLFS svn 2011.12.19 Xorg 7.6.2 Kernel 3.1 I unpacked an image file (fsarchiver) from the desktop's system into a new partition in a ThinkPad laptop. This image works al
