Ah, this is the information bar. When you hear that blip noise, press alt n,
followed by space. This will bring the information bar into focus and
activate a menu respectively. Choose download this file, or similar, and
press tner. Now you should be good to go. Hope that helps.

I went to the website and all I found was the 2007 version, and I know the
pacmate don't work with that one.
