It sounds like a drive backup and imaging program.
Outside of that, I can't tell you much about it right now.

least extract rar files, not sure if you can create them though. Anyhow,
with regards to viewing Zip archives, WinZip by default displays them in
"all files" view, however WinZip can display them as if they were opened
