I'd suggest you might want to double check that your colour ink cartridge (Not the one with the black and white but the other larger one) is full. If you are out of colour ink you would appear to print the Email address but it would either be EXTREMELY light, or not show up at all. An idea to

Hi Richard, It's funny this topic would arise. I had to type a short letter today to put in a package. At the bottom of this letter I put my name and below that my e-mail address. When I printed the letter everything came out except my e-mail address. I tried printing it as a Word document

After typing an e-mail address in a Microsoft Word document, and then printing the document, the e-mail address doesn't appear to be printed. I have not had had this confirmed by eyesight yet, but it seems strange that Open Book would omit the e-mail address while reading the document. Any takers
