Hi mich, First off, make sure the area around the ventilation vents on the case is unblocked, IE, nothing leaning against it. then, go inside the computer and clean out the dust, that'll give the fans room to breathe if you know what I mean. also, if the room the computer's in gets hot often,

If you hit Jaws key + J, does that context menu pop up? There under the utilities menu item, you can also find the configuration manager, but if you first go lower down, look for 'about', and that dialogue will tell you if you're actually running in demo mode, bersion numbers etc. etc. The
