Can anyone tell me if I should update all the active x controls found in the
add on's withing IE-6 under the tools/options on the privacy page?
There were several in this list and each gave an update button, but I wanted
to ask the list if I should or not?

I finally fixed my problem. The provide feedback with sound box in Options
of MS Word was unchecked. I also have found my sound files and I think

Hi, I am not sure this is what you are looking for but: if you go into the
tools menu under options, select the general tab and make sure that provide
feed back with sound is checked.

You could attach a sound to a particular program to play when the program
opens. I doubt you could do it for a given file.

I am running XP Home, Office Home, & Jaws9.x. How do I attach a sound so
that when I open a document in My Documents or MS Word it will make the

Hi, when on my desktop, i always have been able to hit the letter M and have
one of the choices be my documents. Now however, when hitting M I get my
computer my network places and other folders starting with M, but no my
documents folder. Using Windows XP and Jaws 6.2. How can I fix this?
