These instructions are for XP.
I am not sure whether they will be any use in Vista.
Re Folder size
In Windows explorer make sure that details are checked under the view menu.
Then go back to the View menu and select Arrange Icons by and from the
resulting sub menu select size.

the undisclosed receipient come and definitely if you disclosed the
receipient, by logic how the message rule decide to which folders the
message should go, right.

That's why I inquired whether or not the messages were sent using the BCC
field. I know message rules will not work using the BCC field.

for an entry is right after the subject box. It's going to say
