When you say she sends it through her yahoo.com email address do you mean
that she is using yahoo web mail?
Also have you tried examining your Outlook Express security settings to make
sure that attachments are allowed in all cases? I do not use Outlook Express
myself so I cannot check this proce
Try erasing your account in Oe, then reinstall it all over again.

I find this a very accessible alternative to the regular site, it just
has less features. You can't use applications with the mobile version,
but most of those aren't accessible anyway.
