Only mention of it I could now find in the jaws help is in fact to turn it off during say all, so not sure how else you'd change it since that's in the configuration manager, set options, say all dialogue, and it won't affect the speaking of it when you're manually moving around in a document/em

In Word 2003, the key combination of Alt + Shift + right and left arrows allows you to format the selection/current paragraph as a heading style pretty easily. In other words, if some text/paragraph has been selected, and you hit alt + shift + left arrow, it'll be formatted as a heading level
