installed again and gets enabled, even if you are being diligent! I just
gave up and stopped attempting to remove it. I just keep it disabled by
making sure it is unchecked in the "Toolbars" submenu of the "View" menu.

Sound Blaster is a real good sound card. I have an external sound blaster
card and have had it for several years and I really like it.
I find that an external sound card is better than an internal one.
But it is all in what you would be comfortable with.
