I did the Auslogics thing. In less than 35 minutes, it did its thing. And told me there were over 112 files fragmented. Also, unlike the Microsoft disk defragger, I didn't get a thing telling me how many files it didn't defrag. That's good enough for me. Thanks folks!! - Original Message -

Hi George, When I run the Windows defrag, I never hit the analyze button, I just go right to the defrag button, and let it do it's thing. There's really no sense in running the analysis, since it's going to run before the defrag anyway. I usually don't count on Microsoft to tell me what's right,
