Hello Chris: For what it's worth, I personaly, find the Outlook Web Access Light version of Outlook 2007 to be much easier to navigate as it is rendered as web pages. Not all, but enough, of Outlook's features are available. When I need some thing that is not in the web access version then

I do not have another num pad to try in it. I failed to mention and I apologize earlier that this occurs in the other two USB ports as well when using this num pad. I have not had issues with the external hard drive in any of the ports. Thanks for your suggestions. I guess I am going to have to
