Okay, I restarted my computer and now it is letting me assign the shortcut key for outlook. When I restarted the computer I noticed my shortcut key of control shift o did not work at all. Before control shift o kept opening word when I was trying to reassign it to outlook. I went to the same

Just thought of something... ON my classic start menu, in windows XP, there's still a menu item for open office document, and while the standard keystroke combo of Ctrl + O will open a new file/document in most programs, maybe windows automatically assigns ctrl + shift + O to something like

Okay, if you have two icons for jaws11, you can delete one leaving one on the desktop. Because you have two versions of jaws, 10 and 11, you can go to the jaws program in your program folder. Say jaws11, go to the subminue and arrow up once to jaws. If it is highlighted, hit the
