He accidentally checked the hidden attribute & didn't have 'show
hidden files & folders' on in folder options > control panel. We made
a trip into control panel, fixed that, then went to the 'my music'
folder & unchecked the hidden attribute. It was a quick fix & he has
his music back.

documents and it said that a folder by that name already existed; so that
tells me that the folder is there but jaws doesn't see it in the list; do

Down arrow through each folder in My Documents making sure you did not
accidentally rename the folder with a blank press of the spacebar resulting
in Jaws not reading anything at all even though folder is still there.

I think I have done something stupid but I don't know what it is; I was
checking the properties of my music, which is in my documents, and I had issues
with mcafee; I guess I checked things that I should've or unchecked them
because now I don't have my music folder within my documents, and I can

and think it's very very slick. The combo consists of the Braille Plus,
