He accidentally checked the hidden attribute & didn't have 'show hidden files & folders' on in folder options > control panel. We made a trip into control panel, fixed that, then went to the 'my music' folder & unchecked the hidden attribute. It was a quick fix & he has his music back. On 12/23/1
