Create a tag line?
I'm assuming you mean,
A signature at the bottom of your messages?
If so;
1, from the outlook inbox, press alt+f=file;
2, up arrow enter on options,
3, down arrow to mail;
4, now tab to signature...button press enter.

Tonight I was notified to an update to Mipony, i.e. Mipony 1.50, and
much to my delight I found that mipony once again works with sendspace.
