The last time I rolled SAS back to 4.56, I believe I removed the current SAS
version, then ran / installed the 4.56 version. You could try running the
4.56 version just to see if it will install over the current version. Take

I have the link to roll back the Pro version of SAS 5.0 to 4.56.
Do you know if I have to uninstall 5.0 and do a fresh install or will 4.56
install over 5.0? I've asked SAS Tech Support twice and they've answered
another part of my question, but not that one.

I cannot remember about XP, but I am using Vista with JAWS 11 and I hold
down the Shift key and press F10 after I have selected the particular file
to unzip. The Extract all feature is there.

You have to route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and play around to select
the items you want. Or, if you schedule a scan you can have SAS get rid of

When the computer boots up the screen is right side up. When it gets to the
login screen it is upside down and stays that way.. Jaws works fine.

I have some Power Point files but I cannot read it. When I press arrow keys,
Jaws read "slide 1",, "slide 2"... Could anyone help me read objects of
Power Point Files? I use Windows 7 32 bit with Jaws 12.
I have never read ppt file. Anyone's read them, please give me some
experience.
Glad things are working well again in Jaws 12. Hope you will report the bug
to FS because access to times new roman font and plain italics are important
in MS Word.
