C-media makes a nice card and it's only around $13. Get a small speaker for
it and pipe JAWS to free up your internal. The fact is that's pretty much
what I do on all of my systems.

Yes they can be deleted without any problems. It just a backup of your
registry so that if something that was removed from the registry messes up
the way the computer was working, you can restore the registry back to its
original state before cleaning it and therefore putting the
