Hi Juan,
The owner of this list the Jaws-Users list did a 3 part tutorial on using
Image for Windows. Below are the direct download links to all 3 parts;
Part#1:

Part #2:
If memory serves I did the first tutorial almost four and a half years ago.
The program has changed slightly with some new features but it is still
completely usable with a screen reader.
I like using maximum compression for my images. They take a bit longer but
it minimizes the amount of DVDs
Trish,
I believe that you need Adobe Pro to do that. The version you have is
probably just the reader.
There are other conversion programs available but that Adobe reader alone
cannot convert to .pdf format.

If one has MS Word 2010, saving as PDF document is one of the choices.

If You use Adobe Reader, you can fill like you fill out in a browser such as
IE, Firefox and etc. However, you cannot save it as a file, to save you must
print it out papers.

Like said, think this is like your best starting point, with regards to

David,
For some reason I couldn't find it.
Do you have skype?
If you do can you add me to your list or send me your skype name?
or I'll send my cell numger to you after.
This way you might be able to walk me through the changes.
I was never good at some of these things.

Another option in word is print to pdf

Hi there,
Try space bar to activate form mode at edit box or print it out papers and
ask a sighted fill out on papers.
Because you cannot save the changes of pdf file, finally, you must print out
papers.
