You must open them in your web browser from Outlook.
How to do that?
1. open one of these messages.
2. go to the ribbon to the message tab.
3. find the actions button witch is located after the one note button and

may be this disk has an autorun file with a small exe file for the program
on it.
How to fix:
1. put the cd into the computer and close power DVD DX.
2. open WMP, open the play menue, and press enter on the DVD, VCD or CD
audio menu item.

The other method to run Windows on a Mac, is by using a software called
VMWare Fusion.
It's a virtual machine software, but it is not free.

If you are using a USB wireless lan adapter, the switch will not help you.
You need to install the software that came with the USB adapter.
If your Dell laptop has a built-in Wireless Lan adapter, then you need to
turn the switch on.
