[Blind-Computing] Advice on getting a new computer

I have been advised to get a new computer to help me do what I am doing and wonder whether it would be better to build a machine instead of purchasing one from the brands that are now available. This is what I want. My computer should be equipped with Windows 7 professional and I am told that
