Now I have some bad news. The old problem I had seems to have came back.
It is probably because I still part of the problem in my Control Panel. Is
there anyway I can delete the other portion of the virus from the Control
Panel
Sorry, I'm clueless on how to remove a virus from the Control Panel.

Have you tried a third-party uninstaller utility like Revo Uninstaller to
remove this program? I use Revo all the time now instead of Control Panel

The program is E-Backup. The one showing in my Control Pad is version
1.42.
I can't download that particular version off the internet. Only the one
