OK, I know I'll get laughed here, but here goes; I have a 733 MHz PC with Windows 2000 (with all updates) serving as my OS. I have 512 MB RAM and two hard drives -- the second drive serves as my "work space." What this means is that I try to leave everything system related on the system drive (C:) and use the secondary drive for whatever files the applications I use might create (including Outlook Express). I have my OE "Storage Folder" identified as a folder on this secondary drive.
Here's the issue, often Outlook Express encounters errors while trying send or retrieve email messages. Typically, I need to go to the "RUN" Start Menu item where I type in "CCapp.exe" and launch that program. Then Outlook Express is once again able to send and retrieve email messages. Does anybody have any ideas what's behind this? ---*---*---*---*---*--- Holland's Person, Bill E-Mail: billgal...@centurytel.net No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery.
