Press alt+enter, to open properties.
Press ctrl+tab, if you hear:
automatic plaiing
press tab, from the list select play audio cd, press tab.
You will find radiobuttons, go down, if you hear:
ask me, what to do.
Press tab to aply, press it, and

What operating system?
In WinXP, I just browse to My computer, using Windows key + E, and tabbing
over to the drive listing, make sure the CD/DVD player is
highlighted/selected, then hit Alt + Enter for it
