[Blind-Computing] Cannot get Internet with laptop

Hi Everyone, I cannot bring up the Internet with my laptop. I was doing just fine until Wednesday and I am at a lost how to fix this problem. My son originally set up the laptop with the router about 4 years ago and he cannot find any information what he did. I have a Dell laptop with NetGear
