[Blind-Computing] Cookies folder is missing

Hi All; I don't have a cookies folder showing in either my All Users or My Name folders, even though I have hidden files / folders showing. It does show in my Default Users folder but, this folder doesn't appear when I do not show hidden files folders. Is there a way to add a cookies folder
