Hi Listers
I need to set up a distribution list for a magazine mail out in Outlook
2007. If I just use the address list, can I select all and send to everyone
in it? We are talking over 100 addresses. I use the contacts list for my
general emails.

I wonder if you could create a list of groups each containing 20 members. It

That's what I have done. But in order to get everyone in a group list, I
have had to create 25

The only other option is to create a mailing list as somebody else suggested
probably on Yahoo Groups which you most likely don't know how to do
unfortunately.

Go to yahoogroups.com and go to the 3 easy steps to create a group. I own 2
groups, and they both have almost 400 members, once it's set up, it's as
easy as pie. You send out 1 message, and everyone gets it.

You can create one through yahoogroups, googlegroups and a few more places
out there. I have my own domain and I'm aloud to create email addresses and
mailing list through it which I did.
