Hi Chris, Have you done a disk clean-up on the drives? You may be leaving items in that drive's Recycle Bin. How have you been deleting the files? Something I always do is format my drive, instead of just deleting the files, that way I know that the player is empty. Victor Co-moderator

Hi Victor. I haven't done a disk clean up. Forgive my total ignorance, (grin), but how do I do that? I have just been using the delete key while in the Zen Stone, but formatting seems to be what I may need to try... and I'll do it right away as soon as I know what steps to take. Thanks. Chris
