Hello friends and season greetings to all;
I purchased an HP printer some weeks ago, and installed it. Its an all-in-one.
Everything seems to be working, but can't seem to get it to scan. I admit that
I am not doing what I should do, but I saw no additional software while
browsing the CD for any additional software that would allow the machine to
scan. Previously I used a Benq scanner and all worked well, but can't seem to
get Kurzweil or openbook to recognize this new scanner. Any help from you all
would be appreciated with lots of gratitude.
