Hi All,
A Cox technician was here the other day to switch my telephone service from
another carrier to Cox and I've been getting an error message with Open Book
7.02 since he left: Open Book is unable to determine the appropriate scanner
to use. After you hit enter to close this message, use
will not remove your scanner off your computer, so it
should be there listed just highlight it.
