Please may I have your help once again? I've just got onto my Windows 7 64
bit laptop in my halls of residence. I looked at the permissions of the
'documents' folder on my external drive, and everything that can be allowed
are all checked, and this is on all the accounts as far as I

I can't remember exactly, but,
highlight or place your cursor on the said folder, then, alt+enter, or
shit+f10 for properties, then security tab, then advanced settings, then
owner, and make sure, or add your user name account as the owner.
