These are winrar compressed files but I think 7 Zip will also take care of
them
You need a program called winrar.

Hi, rar files are like zip files in that they contain files in a
compressed format. The free utility 7-Zip will read and extract them.

hear from members of the various lists I'm on, it works really well with
Jaws, and is just as simple as WinZip.

As RAR files are essentially a different format of the zip file, you just
need a program that will handle

They are a competitor of win zip as best I can explain it. Look on JAWS
Users programs page under file management for win RAR. That should solve
your problem easily.
