Hi listers. Lately, whenever I turn on my Dell Precision 390 workstation with XP Pro, or awaken it from Standby mode, I hear a message like, "Your Firewall Is Not Turned On". This is not the case, because I have checked the Windows Firewall option on the Control Panel, and it is definitel
