When you are in the list of programs, and you have selected the one you wish
to remove,then just
Trish, you did not make nothing wrong, only programs and services, and
press enter on the programm, that you want to remove, and follow the
removal process.

go to control panel press p until you hear programs and features press enter
find the program and shift F10 choose uninstall. Hopes this helps
