[Blind-Computing] WMP & MP4

Recently I received some music and some of them are MP4 which I entered on 
and got that window stating WMP can find the player to play this, so I went 
to the list and selected WMP to play, but it lied, it still didn't play.

I need to know if WMP 12 with xp is compatible?
Also, what about SilverLight?
