You may need to go in to IE and set your default document program to
Note Pad or Word Pad. These will show you all the HTML code in a web page.

Well, I do not have that option. I found that if I click on the file
that it opens in I.E. and under file is an option to edit in ms word. With
this option I do not really see my html code. I wanted to add some comments
etc and add a link that I can set to open in a new window with the ta
