Hello everyone,
My friend has windows media player version 9, and she would like to know how to
update her WMP to the newest version. She has windows XP, and she is running
jaws 7. I don't use WMP, so I don't know very much about it. Any help would
be greatly appreciated!

Hi Lisa,
If she does a Windows update, and presses the custom button, you'll see the
update in the optional updates, unless someone has checked to not show the
update again, in which case she'll have to go in and press enter on the link
that says show previously hidden updates.
