Word 2010 and Jaws 13. When I hit a hard carriage return, it puts an entire line between paragraphs which I don't want, and also Jaws does not show the space when arrowing up and down through the document. Is there a way to fix this? I've not set any paragraph settings or line spacing or

Well you are doing better than I am and I've had 2010 since July :). I am confused though. First I'm not sure what an At box is or how to get to it, secondly isn't CTRL L meant to left justify the text? That has been a standard Word hot key, and Jaws says that is what it is doing. What is
